staff including uhaul office is not friendly and reluctant to help. hours & office building are inconvenient if you need help. they were not on site. they are next door. expensive if you need help.

Michael HYou can improve by having someone on each location on the weekends, the first of each month. This would help the next customer not lose so much time receiving the equipment and returning it. I even downloaded the app and I still caught hell getting and returning the equipment. I took numerous pictures of the entire truck and building. It actually took me more than an hour to receive and an hour to return the equipment. It just doesn't work well, you have a great idea, but it needs a lot more work.
RAYMOND WI have now rented here a few times. It has always been by smart phone. I really like this place. The truck is always ready to go !
