I was told to call ahead to make arrangements when I was ready to return my trailer. I called for two days straight, with no answer. I showed up in person and he made me wait nearly a half hour before serving me. The newstand employees don't know what to do with the trailer. He told me to "park it over there", but refused to help me detach it from my vehicle. "It's not my job", and left me to figure out how to lift this trailer off my vehicle. I had to call customer service, who put me through to roadside assistance. After waiting online for them for over an hour, I called the OPP to help. The newstand employee was on his phone the entire time and told me to "figure it out" as there was nothing he could do about it.
Samantha MThe first trailer was stock in the ice. After I hooked the second trailer available, we saw that the safety strap were frozen and one of the four tire was flat. Result: we lost about 2 hours ( no help, we had to take care of everything) after we had to drive the car for 2000km instead of hauling it. I have been client with you for about 8 years and the last try was bad.

JOSEPH KTruck was buried and stuck in snow, had to dig it out myself. Truck was low on coolant, and, smelled like it had a coolant leak. I was contacted 3 times in 1 day claiming the truck was late the morning it was due back, and was not late. Was picked up on a Friday, I started getting calls Thursday morning. When I returned the truck that evening (Thursday), still not late, I returned my keys TO THE EMPLOYEE, and the next day was charged for 2 late days, again, even tho I was not late. When I called to inquire I now apparently have to wait for managers approval to refund me the late fees even tho the contract clearly shows Friday-Thursday, 7 days, which is what I paid for. I'll never use your rentals or your company again, this wasn't just bad service, you can't even count to 7.
