Jerry AllisonThe cab was filthy and stunk of cigarettes. We had to clean and deodorize it before I could use it to make my move. There was still trash in the cab from the previous renter. It took for ever to get checked in and be on my way. They were very unorganized. I’ll never use this location again.

Richard JochemOne side of the trailer had tail lights that were not working. Instead of offering a solution, the gentleman jokingly told me that I hopefully won't get pulled over because it's during the day. Their hours were listed as being open from 8 AM and when I arrived at 8:45 AM, the facility was closed and the customer service agent advised me to drop off the trailer on the sidewalk as it was the only place with space left (others dropped off entire box trucks outside their gate and blocked the area). So because they were not open when they were supposed to be, it was also considered an after-hours dropoff and costs more money.

Eva DavisNoah was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The 5x8 trailer we used was very good, but 1 of the 4 taillights didn’t work. I thought the price was good. Overall, I’d give Uhaul 9 out of 10 for customer service, and an 8 out of 10 for quality of equipment.

SCOTT ALAN KAYAfter hours drop off: the yard is closed after hours and there is very little room to park outside the gate without blocking the way in. I was able to squeeze a 26' with an unhinged car towing dolly in a tight space, but I feel about the guy that came after me.

WILLIAM JAMESI brought the truck back with the recommended amount of fuel and they charge me for two additional gallons of fuel to me was unacceptable. The location was closed I lock the truck put the key in the lock box code I got an email saying that they charged me for additional gas

nagy mechealWas told the location opened at 9a but no one showed up until after 19a. We had to leave and go and buy a connector for the lights. The people were really nice but the property was overgrown and looked abandoned. Junk cars everywhere and weeds growing up the steps and on porch.

Christopher Del CottoThis is the 3rd time to deal with Khaled in returning 1-way trailer rentals. Every time he does a very professional and courteous job in unhooking the trailer and promptly completing the paperwork. This time he went above and beyond in his assistance because I had rented 24 furniture pads from the originating U-Haul branch which I did not need, so I was issued its refund (Reference Number: 604162918); however, the system did not remove that line item from the contract, so Khaled did all the necessary research to trace it back and properly remove it. Thank you so much :)
