We never even got into facility. Gate locked with no access available. It was not a two story facility as indicated on the receipt. I had no one to contact to assist me late at night to find out if we were in right place. We are to get a full refund. We had to find a hotel to stay in since we couldn’t unload our belongings so there was an extra cost to our booking. The girl that booked it seemed nice, still awaiting refund or cancellation of charge. Hard to find 232 twin church rd down a tiny little road!
