Very considerate and helpful. I have dropped several trailers at this location and always receive exceptional customer service.

RANDY FNothing. We reserved the truck on line, the site was easy to use, the truck was on site and ready when we got to the location. The personnel on site were friendly, courteous and helpful.

BARBARA BI picked the truck in the afternoon so that we could load our things. We were on the road in a matter of a few hours heading toward IL. As I drove and the sun began to set, I noticed that the gage lights were not working. Every so often I would have to use my phone to see how fast I was going. Later, as I drove through southern IL I was pulled over by a police officer who informed me that the tail lights were not operational either. I'll definitely be using another company the next time I move.
JOHNNY JThe individual that assisted me with the trailer refused to help me hook it up. When asked he replied that Uhaul policy does not allow them to hook up trailers. I proceeded to hook up the trailer and in about 10 minutes, the mechanic came out to see if I needed help. One back light did not work. The mechanic was very helpful while the actual Uhaul attendant was rude and refused to help.
