Michael SComplete checks on equipment prior to rental. The vehicle I rented was missing the catalytic converter and sounded extremely loud during operation. Definitely not happy with what I rented.
Robert BWhen the pick up occurred the trailer number provided on the reservation was not on his lot. He did give us another trailer however he was not helpful at all.
