Lailoma IKeep the passenger cabin clean. Sticky and crooked steering wheel is adds to nuisance to handling any vehicle. Give a short tour to customer to explain certain basic features including essential safety features. Give a full tank to the customer. Randomly filled tanks are very hard to fill back while returning the vehicle as nobody wants to pay for unused gas. Keep the vehicle ready for pickup when reserved rather than lecturing customers to be nice and talk to strangers on phone. Use words carefully when speaking to customers on the phone and do not accuse them of being rude or else. Choosing not to speak to strangers over the phone is not rude, rather it’s just a common sense. Good luck.
