Willie HOdometer reading was incorrect at pick up and I was overcharged for mileage when dropped off. CSR had left for the day when pretrip Inspection was done and could not get anything done except take the vehicle I had already been charged for.

Irene MWell, I was charged 20.00 for a late fee. Still don't know why?????? I dropped it off on Friday Sept 1st at 2:36pm and I had until Sunday Sept. 3rd to take it back. I'm disappointed that I was charged a late fee for bringing it back 2 days early. I have a pic of when I dropped it off with the date and time stamped on it.

Thomas SCommunication is desperately needed at this location. We had asked for a total of the estimated price to have a 9x5 trailer for 2 days, Sunday until Monday night. We were told it would be $30 after taxes and $8 for full coverage of the trailer, as the full cost of the rental. We had discussed us coming to this location on labor day and was told they would be closed but that it was no problem that we just needed to take pictures when we returned the trailer. When we asked for a print out of the receipt, he had trouble printing it out and we never received a hard copy. We had the trailer from Sunday until Monday night, and then Tuesday morning we were charge $110. We were extremely upset and were confused as what we had discussed was not what was charged, which was over triple the original price that was stated. When we called the location and expressed how we were upset about the misinformation about the cost, the owner was very rude and dismissive. We will never go back to this location and we had considered not using uhaul again because of this experience plus the first experience we had with the 1-800 number. When we called 1-800 uhaul, and told a representative named Brittney our issue. She was dismissive about what happened and our experience with this location. We then asked for a supervisor, Brittney hung up on us. We were extremely upset about this and called back. This time we talked with a very helpful representative named Danika. She helped get some of our money back and promised to have the location work on their communication so this does not happen to another customer. I hope this helps other customers that may visit this location because I would rather us another company then ever use this location again.
Brett OMy scheduled pickup was 8 AM; I chose mobile check-in and that is what I expected. However the Key for the vehicle was not in the lock box, I had to wait 45 minutes for the proprietor to arrive to hand me the key. Thanks for nothing, will not use the mobile check-in and will not use these small dealers.

Walter GYour app was difficult to navigate and was not working properly, causing me to start over numerous times. Additionally, I was charged $15 for gas even though the gas light was on when I got the U-Haul and it only had 45 miles to empty. I returned the U-Haul without the gas light on and still got charged. I have pictures to prove this.

Joanna Gwas over charged and dealer offered no help at all. when i told him i was going to go to corporate, he just lauhged at me. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody. i tried to give uhaul another chance from previous use, but never again. Im going back to budget. Now i am getting run around from corporate about getting my refund processed.
debbie eMr. Sanchez was Awesome in getting me a U-Haul when noone else good. My opinion is : Mr. Nick Sanchez is the King of the U--Hauls.

WILLIAM WInitially was on wrong entrance to location since pulling car trailer. Location was set back from road so at night would be difficult to find.

Gladys CFrist Hauler, the Tie Down Strap had been, cut. Had to move me over to another Hauler. Should have been caught on the Turn in, & repaired B4 trying to rent it out.

Paula LTruck was really muddy when we got in it. I get not wanting to Pay the cleaning fee, but we also didn't want a nasty truck.

Keith CWaited most of the day for personnel to get there, no one showed up and we were unable yup remove the trailer from our vehicle. We had to find another uhaul location to drop it off at. Then, we received a call from uhaul saying we didn't return the equipment. Very frustrating.
Carrie AReservation desk transferred me to a more distant location, a location for which I had to pay 10 extra miles and 2 gals gas. My reservation confirmed a truck at my requested location. You should have had the truck where I requested or at least given me a credit for gas/mileage. Also, gas gauge screwy. I drove 16 miles and added 4.5 gals gas. 3.6 mpg for a small, lightly loaded truck? Bullshit.

mats kI had to travel 45 min out of my way to get this trailer and was told no one had one in my area- next time if there is none available I will not book with uhaul as the extra distance was a deal breaker. Other then that the pickup and drop off location was excellent with no issues at all.

Krystal cYou can improve by being enduring your aware of reservations and their pick up time. My reservation was made for 6AM because I was told the location opens at 6AM. I arrived at 6:30 and still had to call and wait another 40 minutes which set me and my movers back with time. The truck was also dirty and filled with dog hair. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies and was able to clean it myself.
Vernesa WThis pick up location is a new U-Haul franchisee and unfamiliar with the how to use the software. My original reservation was cancelled and we had to start from the beginning. This location had to call a manager to “un-cancel” the reservation. Once my rental was reactivated, I then received a call from another “U-Haul” person who was going to do the same confirmation process this franchisee was already working on. It took over 40 minutes to simply pickup a truck. The phone Application has to be simplified! As it is too cumbersome in its current form. I recommend three large option buttons to tap. Reservation, Pick-up, Drop-off. I also recommend using a visual map option (Google Earth location) to select where you want to pick-up/return equipment. As I said this franchise is new and worked diligently to try to help. It was just inexperience with the software that made this rental a long time consuming event. (I think this is a training opportunity). The equipment was in pretty good condition and functioned fine for this move. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss.
