They were very friendly and prompt and hustled to accommodate me. I was cranky about having to drive an hour out of my way with little assistance from U-Haul corporate. It was a huge inconvenience for me but these guys made up for the lack of accommodation by the company.

Wanted to let you know that the on road service was awesome.
I had a leaf spring break on a car carrier in the middle of my trip.
Uhaul had a service truck there within an hour to replace the leaf spring and 2 tires.
Very appreciative for the quick and professional service.

Again, rental truck did not have speed control on 400 mile one way rental and more dangerously, the windshield wipers were stiff and did a poor job of clearing water

I have used your equipment from both Dallas and Weatherford Texas and hands down the best has been Weatherford.
I was one step away from using Penske..

I have used Home Town Storage for over 2 years, never had a problem. It is well lit all the time with easy access. Always clean and well kept. There is plenty of room to get a large moving truck in and out. If you need a storage facility I highly recommend.

Brian in the office always seemed very nice, and no one gave my any hassle about moving out, stopping my charges the day I let them know. It was appreciated.
Lots of cobwebs and general trash in the hallways though. The light switches were recently fixed but before that did not work for months. Some of the trash was pretty gross and still there weeks at a time. I cleaned the cobwebs with my own broom around my storeroom many times. A few spiders and grasshoppers, one or two roaches, and once I saw mouse droppings but that was over a year ago. I started spraying peppermint every time I came to keep them away, and it seemed to have worked.

I never even moved in. The two knuckleheads couldn’t figure out auto pay obviously that’s why it never got paid, couldn’t figure out how to pay 6 months in advance, I wasted $200 on this bull sh*t. Y’all are crooks and I want my money back!

The assistant, not the manager, was very unprofessional and very disrespectful to my wife as well as myself. We moved our stuff to another facility because of this. I tried to locate management and/or owner was not successful. Asked the assistant and he told me to google it.
