Natasha mI was turned away at first but I called the 800# and was accepted. No help from this company as they pointed to were I needed to drop the trailer. I had to tell them about the pads being returned as well. I handed them to the worker. Not happy as the first drop off place was closed and never returned my phone call the day before as requested.
GENE BThey left 20 tires in the back of the u-haul which interfered with the load I went to pickup. And I have yet been reimbursed any money for this particular issue.
Carl MThe owner charged me a extra $20 for return of truck after hours and its NO WHERE in the contract he never gave me a paper contract when asked. Then told me i would get a email told him wanted to rent it 24 hours. But if we finished early could we return it he said yes but NEVER SAID anything about a extra fee. Truck shaked the whole time with those squeaky brakes.

Amanda PGuy was to busy to check the truck upon return working on cars in his shop. We filled the gas up before drop off and got charged $22 for gas. And the gage was back where it was when we got it. We also got charged for extra miles. When we didn’t go over.
