Brett WFix the app! I was in the middle of using the app to do a self check in but it kept putting me back to retake pictures numerous times. It took me 30 minutes to check back in! Very frustrating.

JIM HI made a reservation for 8 am. But I found on my moving day that the service begins at 9am and the app didn't work. When I return the truck I couldn't upload photos by my android phone. The truck was shaking constantly. It was terrible experience!
ZADOK HTruck had to be jumped started and U haul rep who I . Spoke to on the phone was not helpful and sarcastic.
Dennis FThe lock on the key pick up is old and needs to changed out. The site was down and could not log in on time to pick up truck rental. The driver side floor mat had mud all over it. The truck was good for the move but we will go to in person next time. This just didn’t work for us.

James MThe gas gauge was much lower than stated in the contract. I was told I would receive a credit at drop off, but instead I was charged extra.
Jennifer AThe folks at the in and out location were fantastic, especially June. He helped me with both my pick-up and return and gave me excellent advice. I found the UHaul website confusing. Signing up was difficult and some of the language, for example “you have chosen hand delivery,” Was confusing. What does that mean? I was at the pick-up location a few minutes early but was not allowed to get my truck until the exact minute. Then it took 15 minutes to complete your paperwork and get the key.

Angela WMake sure that the equipment that we order is there in available in our truck in my case I ordered a furniture dolly and was given a utility dolly to move a hideaway couch a loveseat a recliner leather back chair also a small living room chair on the 13th floor of a condominium with the luggage cart it was very nice of the men at the store renting the U-Hauls to even give me anything but it unfortunately was of no use and I was still build the whole $85 charge when I left a message with my return I was told I would get a phone call back within 48 hours and never heard from you all 5 days later the credit card was billed the total amount for the rental other than that I think the app was wonderful it was convenient and I appreciate you all and your company U-Haul is a wonderful company
Crystal OTRAIN the personal at this location how to run your system for pickups they know nothing. I had to do the entire process over the phone. It took 1hour yo check in which cost me 34.00 because I was marked as late. I WILL NEVER us uhaul again
greg hPick up took a bit of time but went well. This location is open on Sunday which was very helpful. The trailer was returned a day early. We asked for assistance to lift the trailer off the hitch and we were told it would cost $20. We managed on our own. A receipt for confirmation of return was requested and they said they would not give a paper receipt and it would come email. Did not get confirmation of return and 2 days later got an email saying the trailer was not returned. After my husband called the next day they confirmed the trailer was returned.
Laurie JWhen I got there I was told I needed to drop trailer off at a different location. Then the man came out while talking on the phone and told me that I can leave it. The ticket was never closed out and I only used this for one day!!! I still got called saying my equipment wasn’t returned!!! This is not at all good because I asked the man if I needed anything else and he was like no but if I have issues to call U-Haul which I did that same day!! The ticket was still never closed out!!!
Katherine YThat place messed up every\thing, cancelled the online res and somehow provided with truck without an agreement. No dolly: I got a rolling thing that I didn't want, no full gas tank, got 3/4. Overall they sucked
Dennis CThey did not help us hook up the tow dolly neaver inspected the tow dolly we had to go back in and ask for help there was not connection wires for dolly, told us to go anywhere in Burlington VT to drop off no paper contract, would not recommend this place

Shawn TI did not receive a gas, damage or any paperwork on pickup. The UHaul was extremely dirty and covered in dog hair. I had to clean it out before I could even use it. The location does not have a Dropbox to leave keys if it’s later to drop it off and wanted to charge more days. It’s 100% a bad experience. The UHaul customer service team, though, on the phone is amazing.

Derick BI was set to the side twice so that the cashier could take care of store customers. Even though I had prepaid, I was told that I owed another approximate $40. After I refused to pay it, the cashier mysteriously found the mistake. I had declined the insurance, but it had been added anyway even when the website had showed me $0 balance
