Frank AThere was about a 30 minute delay in getting our rental cause the app wouldn’t let me check in for self service even though I had selected it. Then I had to call the place, have the woman come out and had to wait for someone to go get the dolly, and then she gave me the wrong keys and didn’t notice until I asked which one it was because the keys matched the bigger trucks numbers and not the little one I had reserved. The back of the truck was super smelly and the windshield was streaked with something on the inside and the wipers were completely shot. Made for a very scary and unsafe move today with all the rain. The people who run the place are super nice though.
Leeanne HI don’t know that you can. These two people were so impressive. I asked a few questions and they were very informative. I called them before I went because my reservation got changed. The person that changed my reservation to that location also changed my trailer request, Lees got me what I originally requested. Can’t say enough about them.
Richard MWhen we picked up car trailer there was no business name anywhere. No office, no sign with number to call, no information at all, no safety brief, just u haul trucks in a grass field in front of an old motel, We hooked up and could have left, their was absolutely not a person on site and no instructions. I called number I had from reservation and they had to track down the people in charge who apparently live nearby but have no office or anything at the location. I had to put 45 pounds of air in one of the four tires after picking it up. People were nice enough but a sign would be a huge help.

MICHELLE SLee who runs this location was awesome. Helped me out with the tow dolly and truck. Jeremy Andrews the local owner or sales rep absolutely horrible. The wrong number was on my contract and when I called for help he was condescending and rude. Thank goodness for Lee’s kindness and good sense.

Daphne RWas basically an open field on the side of the road. No one around and I felt bad about leaving the furniture blankets in the trailer. Feels more like a dump site than a U-Haul location.
