The staff at JT Enterprises were great. But U-Haul changed the pick-up location on me after telling me the requested services were available at a much-closer location. I got a text message after I made the reservation. So the poor accuracy of the U-Haul reservation website led to a lot of inconvenience on my part. JT Enterprises did a fine job on their end.

JOSH BIf not done suggest JT employees check tire pressure before release to customers. Found mine with 5-10 pounds more tire pressure than recommended which impacts ride fuel and tire life.
George MLocation is hidden and there is no clear signage. Truck passenger area was not clean and gas tank was not filled up. It was clearly a used truck that needed some maintenance.
Matthew GI did not feel like a priority when I came by to pick up my equipment. The gentleman behind the counter was on a phone call and did not address me until he was off. Didn't even acknowledge me. Just felt like poor customer service. The equipment I picked up worked for what I needed, but also no one checked it behind me. Again, just a customer service thing that didn't happen and would have made the experience better.

Bill SI was somehow charged for insurance that was more than what I committed to online. There are no gas stations near the facility and the amount of money you charge for refueling is astronomical. I will never use UHaul again and I will tell all I know to just hire movers. Not that much more expensive and a whole lot easier.
Thomas BThe check engine light was on and the truck made a terrible noise the entire trip. It was clear that maintenance was not of concern. I will also add that the U-Haul APP is not functional and mobile pickup took 3 times longer than just picking up a U-Haul in person.

Michal fI didn't verify the mileage before or after he mentioned I drove 45 miles. However, upon reviewing my trips, it appears I didn't exceed 22 miles, so I ended up paying over $35 more for no reason.

Markos MThe truck was one of the oldest models on the lot. I don’t think it’s fair to pay the same amount as someone renting the newer truck. The truck balance is pretty bad and I kept having to move the steering wheel left and right to keep the truck moving straight. Also, the car cleanliness was not up to standard. On the other hand, staff was great and efficient.

Not sure why I have 3 charges from the one transaction either, but I will call in concerning that. Overall, I got what I needed with the van. I'll most likely go to a different location if renting from u-haul again.
Denaya HI picked up the truck after dark. I was diverted from the location I originally selected to this location because of availability. It closed two hours earlier and such I had to do an application check-in which is very slow and time consuming. This location is very dark and as such - on safe. In fact, its a law suit waiting to happen. You must protect your customers if you expect them to conduct business after dark. Good luck, someone is going to get robed or hurt and the ownership of this location will be at fault.

Donald SI am annoyed that I had to pay the $30.00 gas surcharge. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when I got it. I drove very little and I do not dispute that I did not put gas in the tank before returning it. I am not used to driving a truck that size and just couldn't maneuver it properly at the gas station. So, I knowingly returned it with less gas and was ok that I would have to pay the elevated rate of $4.50 per gallon for the gas I used. I do not dispute that charge at all. I do think the $30 surcharge for returning it with less than 1/4 tank is unfair. It only had 1/4 tank to start with. I used very little gas in total. I think I drove less than 20 miles. I would appreciate a refund for the $30 charge, and I know for the future not to accept a truck that does not have adequate gas in it.
Jason DApp would not scan my license so I completed my rental with a rep inside. He stuck the $15 insurance on without asking me and changed the truck number completely from my reservation...sneaky. There are much newer and cleaner trucks at a place near little river turn pike, I will be going there from here on.
Wayne CThe after hours return is so confusing at this location. It’s completely dark with no lights, and there are no signs or directions to help.
Sarah BThe cab of the truck was dirty/sticky like a soda had exploded or spilled. We returned it cleaner that we got it. Other than that, it was great. They came in early to accommodate our schedule and assisted with attaching trailer.
Kelley PThe van had garbage in it and cigarettes in the side of the door with ashes everywhere. The manager just picked up the cigarettes and threw them in the parking lot and tried to wipe the ashes off the door. The van reeked of smoke and was very gross.

Parminder SThe location is just in a weird place, the end of Vine Street behind the actual building. Building was over crowded with supplies and not organized. Heavy chemical smell while waiting for the paperwork. On the bright side the service was good and prompt.
Gerald FIt wasn’t an obvious U-Haul location and was a rather sketchy first impression due to all the broken down cars and broken road. It was necessary to call the location where the employee then guided me on where to drop off the U-Haul truck. The employee himself was very helpful.

Mohit SI would say 24/7 service is little too much coz when we were trying to upload back of the driver license it was taking too long , we were uploading for an hour and we finally call customer service and helped us out thank you for that but please if you have the front driver license clear you should allow back of license should be fast to upload as well . Also I really thank you Henok forgot his name but he is from this store we is great , patience , calm we need this kinda person in every store . Loved his service , I don’t have words all I can say is HE IS THE BEST !! Thank you again !!
