I’ve returned to this location 3 times purely out of convenience and never have to wait which is great. One thing I will say, is when I deliver a trailer, they will back it up for me since I’m not the best at that. Would recommend to anyone returning trailers to the Gainesville/Alachua area.

Burneita CYou should inform the customer's that when returning rental after hours how to get in on the property to return rental and to get owner vehicle out. It was very frustrating that nobody there informed us that the gate would be closed and that there is a chain that would let us in. Thank God another person who was returning pulled in behind us and knew how to gain the access needed to return the rental and get our car out from the lot. Made no sense that we were re-read the rental agreement after it was already read and signed on-line and to leave the most vital important information, that was not posted anywhere. Customer service was great, until this happened. Employee's need training in this area, very frustrating!!! The gas mileage was also incorrect, more employee training issues :(

Bruno GWhen I got uhaul it was just below a fulll tank of gas. I filled it up to same spot right before I dropped it off. I got charged for 8 gallons of gas when at the most it was 1-2 gallons short of a full tank. I was also charged double the price of current gas. I still haven't received call back or refund. I have spent over $1000 between this rental and the rental I got in July of this year. I am very upset about this and will most likely reconsider renting again or recommending to others.
nicole cPlease post a warning when renting a 10” truck. I didn’t realize there was no ramp until we got the truck home. We needed to load a piano but were unable to because there was no ramp. I assumed the ramp would be standard issue on all Uhaul trucks.

Tim FSo, this was an interesting one. I screwed up and navigated to 16530 HWy 441, omitting the "NW" by accident (using siri to map things instead of typing in the address). That wrong address also exists and is a residential address about 15-20 minutes up the road. I wasted a lot of time and money driving there but it was my own stupidity in a rush to get to them to drop the trailer and get back on the road. I dropped off the trailer several days earlier than the truck. When I arrived there was a FedEx shipment so I needed to wait. Other than feeling like I interrupted their lunch break and then waiting for FedEx to move everything else was ok. My Coworker returned the truck several days later. We would have returned things 1 day earlier but Jacks wasn't open on Sunday and closed at noon Saturday, When you are in the panic of moving in Florida heat you don't think to check these things in advance. The weird thing was Jack's was actually not the closest Uhaul drop off point to my destination, I'm not sure how/why I picked it or if maybe things changed after my initial setup. It doesn't matter, we moved and the heavy lifting is over.

Stephanie sNeeded to transport a car locally to service / repair facility, so rented and auto transport trailer, this is the second such rental from Jack’s Small Engine Repair. Staff always very professional and courteous, very helpful during hitching and return. No issues, enjoyed the whole experience, Mark and Danny and the rest of staff are fantastic to work with! Auto transport was just perfect to carry my classic muscle car to and from. Great to do business with!
ERIC T1st uhaul location that refused to help hook a car to a tow dolly. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN REFUSED AT OTHER LOCATIONS, THEY STATED THERE IS A LIABILITY PROBLEM???? ALSO FOUND TIRE WAS OVER INFLATED PER THE SIDE Wall INFO. I checked this on the right side tire only, because the left side had a blow out, ON A VERY BUSY EXPRESSWAY.

mike kThe customer service was unbelievably excellent. I rented a trailer and when the tail lights didn’t come on as required, they helped me fix the fuses so I could make my move. They didn’t have a furniture dolly on hand, but found another location with one for me. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, they were great and they will absolutely be my go to location from now on.

Loyce JTruck was very noisy, pretty sure it needs service, bad whining and rattling sounds. Also the cargo area was trashed with broken glass, dirt and debris and the blankets were wadded up. Cleaned it up for the next customers. Jack's is good people though and I'll be back for them, customers should just be better to stuff that's not theirs.
Raymond HThe trailer tires were vibrating on the highway, out of balance is suspected. The trailer was lightly loaded, less than 200 lbs.
Cristenzo MI have rented from this place frequently. They are so friendly and the equipment is super clean. My last rental was really messed up however. Wrong drop off location, wrong day etc. It's a mess when that happens, so make sure you check your paperwork. I would have reserved online which is better but U-Haul had a password hack so I called to reserve instead.

Yadurany RThey were closed when i got there. there was a chain across the driveway so i couldnt get in...(this place was 24 hour dropoff). there was a guy on the other side of the fence that said to unhook the chain to get in. when i touched the chain it unraveled so fast the end hit my hand and smashed my phone. so now i was swearing up a storm since my hand and phone got smashed by the chain. my phone was destroyed, hand was bleeding. thanks for chaining up the driveway. couldnt go into the app to return the trailer.. had to get a new phone. thanks.
