Every part of the process was a nightmare. I was guaranteed a 15’ but given a 20’ and I had to pay for the gas difference. The pick up was impossible altogether. It took an hour and 30 minutes because no part of technology worked and I spoke to 5 different people telling me different things. Worst experience ever. Would never use ever again.

This site was a parking lot and a Dropbox. The online checkin utility did not work and no staff was present. I personally had to call customer service. It was 3 days later when I got my receipt.
John DI was having trouble with accessing the key as it wasn’t where it was supposed to be, and there was no labeled U-Haul office to get assistance. I tried calling the “store” number and didn’t receive a call back for help. The person who “kinda works there” (his words) / oversees the lot and showed up randomly so I was able to get the key. Parking for my vehicle to take the truck was extremely limited. Also, the truck had snow on it. Maybe it’s unreasonable, but I was surprised the truck was not prepped for me to take it.
