This location states its open 9-5 on on saturdays on your website but when you get to the location it's by appointment only on saturdays. It took an hour for us to get our key.

GEORGE CI was charged for SafeMove ($28) after declining coverage because I didn’t need it. The man behind the desk refused to remove it and insisted I needed to pay for it. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone with customer service to get it removed. Also, the wall behind the desk is covered with profanities and other distasteful stickers and pictures. I would not select this location again if I needed another truck.

John DWe returned it after hours. It was not clearly visible at night. We actually drove by it twice because we couldn’t see it and we did not know the area at all. We had to park it by the bay doors due to no available parking.

MARIO BTotally disgusted with all the hidden fees. Motor vehicle rental fee. Environmental fee. Rental fee. It’s ridiculous. And to top it off we put $15 worth of gas in the truck which brought it up over 3/4 of a tank. More than what was in it when we picked it up. And we were still charged an extra $8.50 for gas. Total rip off. Will spread the word.

GEORGE SNot the fault of the pick up location, but I don't feel that the truck should only have had a 1/4 tank of gas. It forced me to stop twice in order to return with a 1/4 tank.
RAY VI saw nothing that needed changing. Service was prompt, polite, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic. Johnny's is a great representative for U-Haul.

PETER KWhile having no problems with the dealer, I did have problems with uhaul. I called and reserved the truck in the morning, confirmation 98582240, at Clifford Auto Center on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 12:00 PM. Arriving around 11, we were told the truck in the parking lot was already rented. I don't blame Clifford Auto. My reservation was made by phone through uhaul, the other was made over the phone direct. My ride had to be to his grandmothers viewing at 1, and we found ourselves sitting around trying to find a truck. When we found one, it was another half hour down the road. While not taking it out on the individual dealers, I'm very upset with your company. Knowing any compensation from the dealers, who were very helpful, would come out of their profits, I feel the need to let your company know directly how disappointing this was.
