The drop off location was actually at a convenience store. They had a small U-Haul sign out front. The individual inside was very courteous to us when we dropped the truck off and made the process very easy.
Kristie WThis order was transferred from U-Haul on SR 436. The van they tried to rent me had severely worn / bald rear tires. The wear bars were showing and even worn down on both rear tires. This tells me they do not safety check their vehicles. Those tires have been worn for quite a while and several rentals. I have pictures if you truly are concerned.

ALEXANDROS NThere was no dolly at the place. Van was fine, but they tried to charge me $80 in gas. Had to check receipt and call back. They fixed it, but have been having a ton of issue like this with uhaul lately.

Jahfrey HThe people and place was friendly and efficient. However my original pick up time was for 9:30 and they called me and asked to reschedule for 10:30. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the van to arrive. They offered me a bigger U-Haul at the same price but I did not feel comfortable driving a bigger truck so I said no. Although I know that the bigger truck is offered at the same price online. The air conditioner was blowing hot air so it was very uncomfortable.The attendants were very nice and the location is clean and the attendants very professional.

AILEEN CI messed up and made my reservation for 11:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM. I went to the pick up location at 11:00 AM anyway to see if they had something available but they didn't. The person I worked with told me that the van I reserved was being used but would be back by 6:30 PM so we left. Then the guy called us around 2:00 PM to say the van was back and available. That was great service.

Guilford BAir conditioning cut off in and out on return trip. Truck transmission hard to engage gear knob dropped off. After bieng told original pick up location didn’t have truck requested . The new Location didn’t have size truck I confirmed. I was given a larger truck at no added charge . Staff was very friendly and helpful
Glenn BTruck was on empty and I had to fill it up to full even though I hardly used any gas. You would think they’d use the fee they charged the envious person for not filling it back up to fill the truck up before the next customer used it instead of banking that money and making me responsible for filling it up (especially when it cost over $100 to fill it up).

John MMake sure that the truck you are renting out work? Our headlights were broken upon pick-up and it was a night time only rental that had to be extended bc the truck was broken. The staff was amazing and I don't blame them, i blame UHAUL for still having this truck in commission. Our road-side assistance mechanic literally told us the truck was a piece of junk and shouldn't be rented out.
claira bVehicle that we received had a check engine light when we initially drove it off the lot but upon driving to the new house it was off. Vehicle also had a very rough start up which made feel uneasy about driving it to begin with. I would recommend inspecting the vehicle.

JAMES LThe truck leaked and ruined two of my mattresses and the lock didn’t work so I couldn’t load in the evening when it wasn’t as hot because I couldn’t lock the truck overnight and the gas guard was stuck when I was refilling what should’ve been $15-20 in gas but ended up being over $50 and I have repeatedly called U-Haul and been on more than an hour wait and tried chatting and also can’t reach anyone. I was overcharged as well. I was forced to have the truck 2 days due to the lock not working and then they charged me for the second day and then today they charged me again for another day. The total I paid is nearly $220 for a 30 mile total rental and should’ve only been one day. Someone needs to contact me because I want to file to have my mattresses replaced and have the truck inspected for the leak and the gas gauge. I feel I should be reimbursed and also I need a claim for my damaged mattresses.

LANDON OOriginally reserved at another location. My reservation was moved without my knowledge. Received a smaller uhaul without the dolly requested. Uhaul ran terribly and was not clean.
