The additional prices are nonsense. This is hardly worth it. Not only the location but UBAUL in general. False advertising !!!!

I waited close to an hour for someone to come so that I could connect the auto-carrier. Once they came, they were excellent.
Richard SNo key to pick up the truck, truck was delivered to me 4.5 hrs later that original pick up time, after calling countless amount of times to the customer service The business owner showed up and not very apologetic and promised not to charge me for the service and the gas and yet i was. Even though i was also promised the same thing by the customer care manager! I had to talk to 4 different agent to return the truck and 3 days after returning i was still dealing with that issue. I was told that customer care manager will call me to deal with other compensation and extra charges i had suffer due to missing elevator and labour charges and she never called. It’s been a week and despite my trying to reach her, no body has called to fix this. Very very poor customer service. I had to go through sooooo much stress for not picking up my truck in time
Arian AThe representative at this location was not allowing me to use the after hours drop box, even though there is one on site, saying that there are alot of junkies in the area and they may steal the truck. I had a 4 hour reservation but had to rush back within 2 hours because the representative made me, otherwise told me I would have to pay full day fees to return the next day.

Romaana HHard to locate location and could use better signage as u-haul facility. Rehan was excellent on return of trailer with clear instructions for the return. Rehan contacted us on follow-up to inquire if we had any questions or concerns and which we had none. Very good service.

Brayden SDropped off a day earlier and still had to pay for the extra day. If used for a day more than paid for would have to pay extra. So I believe it should go both ways. But uhaul doesn’t do that, how FUN!! Try again!!!

Murray KGood experience using the 24/7 service. Just needed a bit more specific information to which word lock to access the key for the truck. My assumption as the key is in the building lock box, not locked in the cargo area of the truck itself.
Arminder SFirst and foremost, the interior of the vehicle cab was disgusting. It was sticky and smelled bad. Secondly, I did not receive a dolly like I had ordered and the business was closed at pick up time. I got charged for the dolly and did not get to use a dolly. It made the move harder to do. And last but not least, I was given a price at pick up that I paid. To find out when I returned the truck I had to pay and extra $40. I had not budgeted for that extra amount. Moving is expensive and I had budgeted a certain amount of money and had to come up with more. I highly doubt we will be using Uhaul in the future if we need a service like this again.

Teresa WThe customer care said they have added a furniture dolly to my order and they will make sure the dolly is put in the trunk. The truck did not have any dolly. We were drenched in the rain as they earlier gave us a wrong truck. After 10 minutes they said that our truck is a different one. Pathetic experience. Neither they compensate for all the trouble and hassle they caused. All they end up saying is sorry we can’t do anything about it.
Sikander SThe Z&R location is where I rented the U-Haul van from and I was charged for 130 kms when the actual distance was just a little less than 45 kms. They had entered the initial reading wrong and charged me for the distance that I didn’t drive. Fortunately, I took pictures of the odometer right before I rolled off with the van from the location at the pick up time. When I got the final bill, it was $80 over charged and then I used my pictures as proof that I’m getting scammed by the U-Haul location. Eventually, they agreed to refund me the difference. I won’t recommend this Z&R location to anyone.
