More lighting! Could not get good enough pictures for after hours drop off and had to just leave keys and not do the online drop off. Got kicked off online drop off application twice and would not accept the pictures!

Melissa BFirst time using the mobile app with U-haul and at this location. Honestly best experience with finding the equipment I wanted, no waiting in line to pick up and returning was even easier than expected. To my surprise the onsite U-haul attendant was super help with questions I had with the app process. Passed 2 u-haul locations that were closer to my home and will be doing so for my next rental equipment.

Christina HOnly issue was finding correct entrance for drop off, but wasn't a big deal. Once we found got close enough, the signage was fine. Really appreciated having a close place to drop off!

EHAB NDriver side mirror was loose, and became totally unusable within 2 hours of driving. Did anyone do a safety inspection? Other than an unusable mirror, all else was fine.

Victor ACharged a cleaning fee, when their lot is a mud pit, I have the pics of the back clean and the front also, the only thing was some foot prints from the mud of their lot.

Colton DI think gas milage is wrong we took picture before and after and it was on 3qurters of a tank both times.but got charged anyways 9 gallon which cost 40 more dollars on my bill. I dont agree with this.
