They were unable to fulfill our missing add ons. So I would suggest they be given those items ahead of time
Sharyn BI drive 2 hours and 5 miles, and i paid 40 dolar. Not worth. Why everywhere saying 19.99. 15 dolar covarege i paid that i dont want it

Lisa EWhile the woman that helped us originally seemed very nice and helpful, we ran into a lot of issues once we returned the truck. I’m not sure if she did this intentionally or not but first, she never offered us insurance or asked if we wanted it. She just automatically added it onto the transaction and when I originally reserved the truck online, I declined it so I am not sure how it ended up being added to my bill. Second, we received the truck at 1/4 of a tank and was told to return it at such. We got gas and returned the truck over 1/4. The woman never told me anything when we returned the truck and just said “you will receive an email receipt” I was thinking that I would only be charged an extra $1.19/mile for approx 15 miles that we went over. Instead I was charged $160 for fees stating we did not return the truck with 1/4 tank. I have pictures showing that the truck is over 1/4 with the proper mileage that we returned it at so it is not okay that we were charged such a high amount without ever being told. At first the woman was helpful and nice and I am hoping this is a mistake but i don’t know why she would just add the insurance on there without asking me or charge such an extra amount for the fuel when we returned it with the proper amount of gas.
LAUREN PI put gas back in the truck to fill it up to where it was when I picked it up, which was at a gas station. The person checking me in charged me $23 for gas and I only went 11 mi and put $12 gas into it!! Seemed like a scam. I didn’t have to sign anything when I checked out and they emailed me the receipt, which I didn’t see until after I left so couldn’t dispute. Customer service said I only can dispute if I have a picture of the gas gauge in the truck with a time stamp. Who would have thought I had to take a pic of that?!
