Troy TAfter leaving the store, the trailer bounced off the hitch at the first bump. Thankfully I was able to get to the side of the road and reattach it. On our way home, we discovered the driver side tire was bald/worn through to the point that the inner tube was protruding from a hole in the outer tire. We called UHaul roadside assistance and explained the situation. They dispatched roadside assistance. 2 1/2 hours later, Logan showed up with a new tire. But in trying to change the tire, he discovered one of the lug nuts was warped and unusable. Another hour on the phone with UHaul led us to Cheboygan, MI and a new trailer. The trailer should NEVER have been on the road, and I shudder to think what would have happened if it had blown out with my entire family in the car.
