I even got close to the same gas mileage. I’d recommend this product in this location without reservation. Kind of a joke there. God bless you!

Richard AOvercharged me for over 40 miles. Luckily, I took pics of the odometer when I picked up the truck and when I returned it. We’ll see if they credit my account.
Joe GPicked up my equipment in a blizzard. U-Haul truck and trailer were stuck. I had to get them unstuck myself. It would have been nice if it was ready to go when I got there at my scheduled time. Can not control the weather, but preparations can be made to midigate any issues.

Michael BThe rubber seal to the front window was almost completely falling off which made a very loud annoying ride with the rubber flapping on top of the roof of the cab- I told clerk when I returned truck issue- stating truck should be pulled from lot for well needed service- I had to secure duck tape to attempt to make rubber seal stay in place- The next day I saw the truck out on the road with duck tape still on rubber seal!!!

John KI received a dirty truck covered in potato chips, it even had socks left in it from the previous renter. I went 40 miles. Put 5 gallons back in the truck and was charged for another 4 gallons. Which means either these trucks are getting less than 5 miles to the gallon or I got RIPPED OFF.

Patrick fHave the rental equipment accessible to use. I had to manually move other trailers out of the way to access the trailer i rented.
Kevin MI ordered a trailer late on Saturday. Pickup was ready. Person at desk was helpful and reliable. The trailer had several inches of ice in it. But it's Wisconsin and short notice. So, they gave me salt bag to help clean it out.
Pete Bequipment had been previously reported as damaged and should have been turned in for repair. I was able to swap for a good one and continue on my Quest.

Stanley BWas supposed to have moving blankets reserved. Girl on her cell phone at the counter says to me "We don't have any, sorry" Then she points to a row of trailers and says "There it is! Thanks! No inspection, which would have revealed the burnt out turn signal lamp. Will just deal with Uhaul direct in the future.

Kurtis BI had to unhook the trailer. They didn't inspect the trailer for damage or to see if it was clean. I did let them know the blankets were inside.
