The address that gps takes you to is a good 20 miles out from the actual location. And you still charged me for extra milage. When you are the ones that gave me the address. Won't be using U-Haul in the future

The GPS location was incorrect for this location and it took over an hour to get it resolved so I could actually take the truck. Somehow in the process of dealing with multiple different folks, insurance was added to my rental and I was billed over $100 extra and I’m still trying to get that resolved. Ultimately this is not the locations fault. I never actually interacted with an employee of the location.
DAVID HHalfway through the trip the equipment showed a malfunction light on the dashboard and the cruise control stopped working. When we went to drop off the equipment during business hours there was no one there to check in the equipment an take our complaint.

BRENEAN EThere was no office so unable to contact anyone except by phone. I just dropped off the keys in the box assuming that was what I was supposed to do. There were two beautiful dogs there with 3 puppies, but they were so malnourished. That should be addressed.
