I wanted a proper company location so the vehicle I was driving could be checked out before I did another 2500 miles , also was towing a boat and this location had minimal parking or room to manoeuvre a vehicle with a trailer

1. They changed my pickup location from Greenvale Ave to this location (Botham Jean) without contacting me so we had to drive to two locations.. 2. There was no one on site (Botham Jean) so I had to contact the 800 number who contacted someone to meet us at this location after waiting 30 minutes 3. I ordered a 4 wheel furniture dolly when ordering our truck, but the Botham Jean location did not have one. I contacted the 800 number again, but they couldn't locate a furniture dolly for me at any other nearby locations They did remove it from my bill. I ended up having to purchase a dolly at a local Home Depot for $32.00.

Lewis HSet my pick up for 6 am had a confirmation number and no equipment was set. Left the lot at 7:30 with only one dolly after paying for two. I put gas in the equipment but was charged $80 additional. This was a cluster and the additional charges are outrageous. I called to see about them looking at the charges and was basically ignored

Almegra CNot this location’s fault at all … but even though I selected Truck Share 24/7, when I went to check-in this morning, because my reservation time was outside of the retail business hours, I was given an error and told I could not pick up until 10:00. When I arrived at 10:00 my truck had already been rebooked because I didn’t show up at 08:00. This was a UHaul website issue that needs to be resolved.

Nicholas TLocation is in a more industrial area, so not a lot of people around but high traffic on the main street it faces. It's a car detail shop with a U-Haul business attached. When I arrived and tried to enter through the front door, a the door was locked and a gentleman inside motioned for me to enter through the garage. I walked through the garage and into the room where the checkout desk is located, and the same man said "not in here -- talk to that guy," pointing at a man cleaning a car and chatting with a friend. I waited about (outside) five minutes until he was done cleaning the car until he approached me. I showed him my app and that keys should be waiting for me, and he ran inside to get them and just handed them over with no instructions. The truck was pretty dirty, but I didn't have the energy to deal with that at the time. Also the drivers side door didn't shut all the way. Later, I would learn that the passenger side door didn't open from the outside, requiring the driver to go back to the truck to open the door from the inside handle. Once the truck was loaded and I was driving, I noticed that the suspension was absolutely terrible. Everything was bouncing and sliding around. I've rented dozens of U-Haul's before, and this one had the worse suspension I've experienced. Overall, I'd say most of the problems experienced were due to lack of care to the vehicle and lack of professionalism at the rental place. I would never recommend this location to a friend.
Jordan Rno one there. no blankets as ordered. remote checkout is a real pain so be prepared with a fully charged phone as UHaul states on their website.
Patrick OThe truck had obviously not been cleaned and when we opened the back at our home, it was filled with broken glass from a picture frame. The whole truck wreaked of smoke also. The location itself was very strange as well. It wasn’t even recognizable as a Uhaul store and the front shop was closed.

LIONEL HThe gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional. The truck, however was dirty and had an unknown odor. Also, the windshield was very dirty and there was not any window washer fluid to wash it with. On another note, the after-hours drop off process was not easy to use and long.

EDGAR HTurned in and told me I would get a receipt later when he checked in. I left and knew I should have waited but I was late for something. Got a receipt later and hit with $25 cleaning fee. There was nothing wrong with truck other than I may have left a bottle water in truck. Pretty sure it was a revenue opportunity
