The location was accommodating. Every time we booked a location the Uhual company changed to an inconvenient one much further away.

RANDALL OThe online check in process was very unclear. They told me to park in the lot but the gate was locked and there were no clear instructions on where to park. I was also charged more $ when I turned in the truck and I’m unclear why I was charged more. It was a stressful and longer process than necessary. It made an already stressful day even worse.
Ammon RThe tires were so badly worn that we had a blow out when returning it and apparently the insurance I purchased didn't cover anything. It's good the blow our didn't happen on the Raton Pass or we may have wrecked.
Jean BThe staff at all locations were outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The performance of the truck however was unacceptable. The handling of the truck was horrible. Play in the steering and trackability of the truck was very bad. Gas mileage was 8.72 for the entire trip, not 10 to 12 mpg. We drove 60 to 65 mph the entire trip. The ride was very harsh and noisy. The wind noise inside the cab on the drivers side was deafening, we could not hear each other talk. When the wind was blowing it was even worse.
