Dropped of the truck on a Friday at around 11am-12pm and the place was closed. Wasn't sure where to park it, dropped the key in the box. No representative on site. So naturally I was overcharged for fuel consumption because I couldn't explain that the pick up location misread the fuel gauge. I prefer places that are open with people present.

ROSEMINE OI was given the wrong drop off location there is no Office. They’re waiting on a refund but I haven’t gotten was told to try to break into the key box to get the key back so I could take the truck to another location but knowing that’s illegal horrible service, horrible response horrible all together
