The gentleman at the Westpointe office was extremely rude from the beginning. We reserved a 26 truck, when we came to the Westpointe location an hour early we asked if they had a 20 truck and they said the meridian location did ans they’d move our reservation there. Tiffany called when we’re about 5 mins away and stated they an actually don’t have the 20 truck and they sold our 26 truck. I will say she was very sweet and helpful and did all she could to make a bad situation good. However the next day the gentleman at Westpointe charged my husband for 2 XL boxes then told him they actually didn’t have them. Only good thing about Westpointe would be Miss Tiffany!

Thomas DThis place is charging me another $20 for gas because they had it marked on their chart wrong and I didnt notice until they charged more to my card. I went around 15 miles and put $10 of gas in when we left and left more gas in it than when we started but since we didnt notice and bring it to their attention before we left the contracted company's place of business they said it was our responsibility. Common since will tell anybody that there is no way it could have used $20 of gas for 15 miles of travel even if I hadn't put another $10 in it.. always double check and take pictures of everything!!

Brandon CI asked for "paper copy" of my receipt and it seemed difficult for the lady to provide, everyone seems to think smart phones and e-mails are the only way to do business, I DONT.
Steve PI wish their hours on the weekend were a little better but the location was very convenient I rented it completely through the phone-they took 30 minutes to approve me as a driver though which is why I was the owner was there. I never saw him the entire weekend.

Kenneth MSuper slow service. We asked for an appliance dolly, utility dolly, and furniture dolly. The lady told us that she only has an appliance dolly. I said that was fine and to take what we could get. After 1.5 hours we finally got checked out and went to the dolly location. They had 6 appliance dollies and 8 utility dollies. I asked her about not having any untility dollies, she said opps, I guess I should have checked our inventory.
Tony WMajor computer problems had to start reservation over spent too much time there which affected the time I had for loading.
Patrisha WWhen I dropped off the trailer I found out that the drop off date had been changed from 5-7-2019 to 5-5-2019 and was charged additional money. Had I know this I could have returned it on 5-56-2019 or even 5-4-2019.

Avis EIt took the representative 30min to check us in then after we returned the equipment the representative handed my husband envelope with his change in it only to find out once we got home he was short changed by $20.00 so he had to go back for it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use the Uhaul services in Choctaw.
Patricia DI found what i needed for the move. It was a clean and powerful truck. The staff on the pickup and drop off sites were quick and helpful. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
dennis gIt was a smaller drop off point but they were very friendly and helpful.
Marty MI need someone to call me to explain why I was charged for three days when I rented the truck for less than 48 hours. Otherwise a great truck, friendly staff, and good location.
Jim BEquipment had a tire strap that was not adequate in length and we had to fabricate one ourselves.
Gregory POne problem with the site is that there is very little room for maneuvering. It is a very tight space.
Robert MEverything from reserving the truck, using the truck, and returning the truck was perfect.

george tLandons Buildings was a great place to rent the vehicle. They were very helpful with my rental, and I would recommend them, and use them again in the future.
