Dan GThe owner of this location took the necessary time required to ensure returning the trailer was painless for me as a client. He was very professional, polite and professional, something I really appreciated after driving over 4500 km in 5 days. I would deal with that gentleman again in the future, as his customer service skills were excellent. Considering he runs a convenience store and was very busy with other customers, he quickly took the time necessary to check me in and get me on my way.
Bruce WI thought it was $20. Ended up being $240 and my moving pads were not available. Kilometres should be made more aware. Not happy with cost, happy with service.
