The mobile checkout experience is horrible on the app. The location services made the process start over repeatedly, we lost over an hour of time with our movers because we couldn't get the truck. The gentleman at the desk couldn't help us check out until 9 when we needed the truck at 7 though nothing about only mobile check in was mentioned. Made several customer service calls to make it work. After we dropped the truck off with the person on duty, we got a call 2 hours later from uhaul asking why we hadn't returned the vehicle. Very frustrating all around.
Matthew HThe ability to use the UHaul App was a problem due to poor connectivity in the area. Additionally, they would not share the password to THEIR internet. Very very frustrating.

Carrie PI paid to rent a furniture dolly and was told they didn’t have any. Not a problem they told me they would take the dolly off the total. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and I was still charged. Hoping this was an honest mistake.
