Michael DrzewinskiTruck had a tire pressure sensor fault message on the dashboard that was well known to the employees of the facility. Fault caused driver to think he had a flat tire or low air pressure in right front tire. Very concerning. Facility also overcharged customer for truck rental.
John StowThe mobile phone pick-up process did not work properly, and the number to call concerning that process failed to connect. I had to enter the premises to finish the pick-up process in person. I lost 1/2 hour of rental period use as a consequence.
Chester NowickiOverall the rental experience was good with 2 exceptions: 1.) the van was not very clean and required about an hour of my time to clean it, wipe it down and vacuum. 2.) There was some confusion with the return. I returned the van well ahead of the designated time but received 2 separate phone calls asking me WHEN I was going to return the van!! I think that was eventually resolved although the last person I spoke with was not totally certain - he used words like 'should be' or 'seems' to be resolved...not a total vote of confidence. So there was apparently a breakdown in the return process. On the positive side the location itself was very clean and the staff was courteous and polite. I will continue to use this location but hope they address these minor issues.

Kerry RiosLocation is a gas station with a store. One clerk helps with the UHaul counter AND every customer that walks in. What should be a 5 minute operation (like it is in other U-Haul locations I've used) turns into 20-30 minutes as the clerk stops on my rental and goes to help customers. Returning is usually easier, but I still did not get a receipt emailed to me as I requested and had to submit my costs to my boss via a printout from your website. I would try to choose another local location if I had the choice.

The agents spent 10 minutes of complaining that I brought the truck back to them while they have limited space. 10 more minutes taking care of his gas station clients and finally 5 minutes to do the checkout with as little customer service as possible.

Jeffrey HarrisonThey have the option to pick up the truck using your phone, so you could book early morning but in reality they don’t because their stuff comes at 9am and you can’t get the key before that. My suggestion is either they put an electric box outside where you can pick up the keep after check in or they remove the option for self-check in. I was disappointed because I have to ask for the gas station guy to pick the key for me and he was really pissed off because of this situation.

Alan BahlWe have a billing problem after the truck broke down and we were stranded for 5 hours on rt 95. Now we are getting charged an extra 343.45 and I get dropped calls and ended chat sessions.... I thought UHAUL would be better than this... I need someone to contact me and get this straighten out

Allan MillerAfter using the vehicle. I asked the gas station to pump 15 dollars of gas. They went on to try and fill the tank charging me 24.32 in gas. I did not authorize this. I was just trying to replace the gas I used. They told me sorry and they can’t take the gas out of the vehicle. I’m out $9.32 on their mistake and they offered no way to fix or correct their issue.

Lorraine BunalskiAlthough the gentleman at the store was very accommodating, I reserved for 730am pick and was called by a woman from the store the day before stating the person won't be there until 9am and to come then. I explained our reservations was for 730 and I had to be at work by 8 and I can pick up with my phone. The lady then said we wont have the key. I was at the place by 735 and guy there said he doesn't know computers but can try to figure it out. I was there for almost an hour and was late to work. Moral of the story, please verify these companies the accurate times they are in the facility to give the keys. It would save alot of frustration, considering I paid alot of money for the rental and even though I was charged that hour not even having the truck, I still had to return it 730 am monday.
Erno JurayI originally ordered in Florham. I got an email that is changed to Scotch Plains. Then the day before it changed to Ringos. Florham is 2 miles from my house. Scotch Plains is 9 and Ringos is 38 and 1 hour to get there. The kick in the butt. I'm driving the trailer back from Ringos after just picking it up and the Uhaul from Florham calls and asks me when I am coming in to pick the trailer up. So how do you think I feel about it?

Daisy at liberty Mart in Ringoes was so kind and helping me last minute to get a truck for a few days. The service was Impeccable. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a U-Haul to go to Ringoes and ask for Daisy because she will make your experience so pleasant and streamlined. If there was 10 stars I would give them all 10
Gregory BaehrThe driver's side windshield wiper blade was extremely worn and unsafe as during the snow storms I could barely see out of the window making driving very hazardous. Only the backsplash of trailer wheels in front of me helped clean the window nearly satisfactory for me to see. Also the rear door was extremely hard to lift.
