The customer service at the location was wonderful, and the rental went smoothly except for the online check-in. You guys need to improve that considerably. The process is long. The pictures that you show of the vehicle are impossible to see clearly. After I receive the keys, I just gave up. Made sure I took very detailed video and pictures of the whole inner and outer vehicle in case there was any discrepancies. I also thought it was a bit ridiculous as I had to provide two peoples names, so U-Haul could call them to verify that I existed. And during that process I had to sit and wait for U-Haul to contact them and then get back with me so they knew I was a real person. Having my Reservation number, and some type of code, and maybe a picture of your drivers license at the max should’ve been asked on the Internet instead of trying to jump through all those hoops I will never rent again that way! Who wants to deal with that hassle? Nobody!
