People renting out the UHauls need more knowledge. It took a good 30 minutes to get it.

It would be nice to have more moving trucks and dollies accessible. I' asked for a unit i could drive to. I got the total opposite of that. Im pregnant a rolling cart would have helped out alot.
misty rosenkeWhen I arrived the rental was not ready nor was it cleaned. Had to wait while the rental was cleaned and prepared. Total time to get the rental processed and get me out of there was an hour. The clerk was extremely rude and was not friendly at all. The manager did grant me a discounted rate for my inconvenience but overall it was a very unpleasant experience.
Michael TingwaldI was trying to pick up on a Sunday and it took more than 45 minutes to navigate through your website to your app and complete all the confirmation information. It was not clear I had to have the U-Haul app on my phone to make this work. Once we figured that out, some of the requirements in the app we're confusing, such as how the confirmations are handled.

SUSAN SCHNEIDERWe received a message the next morning saying that our truck had not been returned, which gave us a small panic attack. We had done everything we were supposed to do for the return. When we called back, they told us that was just because our UHaul store opened later so it hadn't been checked in. This is a procedure that can definitely be cleaned up on the store's end.
Andrew BaumgartSelf pick up sucks and is not easy to do. The wifi signal in this area sucks compounding the difficulty. Calling took 3 separate calls just to return the the truck. Inside the store no one was any help and just shooed me away. Not a good experience at all.
John MartinThe app is glitchy and it’s very frustrating when you’re trying to check in and it doesn’t work. I rented a U-Haul two weeks ago. Had the same issues. Especially when trying to add another driver and the screen pops up where you put their phone number in. They have just turned completely black Yesterday when I rented my U-Haul I had to try six times on the app and finally it worked in, allowing me to advance to the screen where I can get the code to get the key.
Christopher CastilloWas very helpful in the moving process and would definitely use again in the future. Felt like picking the U-Haul up was a bit disorganized took almost 20 minutes which felt longer than necessary to actually get the U-Haul and leave.
Lauren RecuperoI ordered a furniture dolly and it was not in the U-Haul. Then I called and have them remove it from my order, and when I checked out at the end, I still got charged for it.

tiffany jonesHave real time inventory counts so your order for a truck and items are at the same location. Also, rental items should be with the truck. Mine were not. And no idea where they were. Made my moving day extra stressful.
Aja CarrProvide the requested equipment. Or, send credit for absent equipment that customer was charged for. I was told on Saturday that I would hear back from a customer service rep next business day. It is now Tuesday, when is Uhauls next business day?
