DAVID LDropped off trailer. Item I picked up that I needed trailer for was broken went to pick back up assuming 24 hour rental meant exactly that and it was well before 24 hours and was told had to re rent trailer to use it again. Complete joke

Leslie LThe trailer was faulty and people who don’t tow trailers normally would not known that something was wrong. This trailer left me on the side of the road for near two hours in the middle of no where while the only assistance U-Haul could come up with was an hour away. As a single female this was dangerous

RANDY NThe pick up location was extremely hot inside the building. Asked the gentleman to start the truck for me so it could cool off some before I got in it as I have a health condition that I can’t get too hot. He started the wrong truck! I was given a truck in horrible condition. My wife spent 10 minutes taking photos of all of the damage to the truck before we left the location. There were many trucks that fit our size truck rental and was given a truck that looked like it had been in multiple accidents. Will never use this location again.

FLOYD OWe had several tall items of furniture that would barely stand up in the trailer. The roll up door gave us problems because it made the ceiling lower. Wish we would have doors that opened to the outside like our previous rental had.

TOM WLocation did not have the size truck we reserved so we had to take a larger one….at the lower cost but way larger than needed and more difficult to drive. Also we reserved an appliance dolly and the evening before called to say they did not have one and would not be able to provide one to us. What is the point of reserving in advance if you cannot get what you request. Sales person was very nice and apologetic.
Larry CThe Auto trailer tie down locks were rusted out and did not operate well. I had to the cut the rope part to get my car off the trailer. The Auto Trailer damaged my the front bottom of my vechicle. I was told that this auto trailer would fit my viehicle. Obiously it does not fit my car. I propably have $800 - $900 dollars in damage. Not happy about this. So, yes I am not happy about the damage. I am not sure how to handle this part of it.

teresa dIf I'm being completely honest, the location is not the most professional pickup location I've ever used. It is family run and it is a small town so I will give them leeway for that. I just was not real impressed, but I am thankful for them because I was able to run a truck and they did give me a very fair deal on it so I guess if you put that up against everything else it balances out to average.
