They were even able to put me in touch with a local gentleman to help when the mover’s time ran out. All I can say is this location was amazing the way they were able to help me with everything.

Cindy CFix the censors, I was stressed the whole ride worried about both back tires. They said they needed air and the guys at the store said it wasn’t reading it. That it was fixed. I had no washer fluid and the said 3/8 on my paper work but when I started to drive it was literally just over 2/8’s.so I threw $20 in before I got onto the 401. So I called the store to tell him my issues and he said that everything was ok and that he’d see me when I brought the truck back. Upon returning the truck I was basically told I was lying about where the gas was. I also put another $20 in Peterborough before coming back. But sadly I only had the one receipt. So in summary no I was not happy with the ride, I was stressed and very tense for the whole ride there and back.and then stressed when returning the it
arlana lThe van smelled bad. Online check-in for my reservation didn’t work and as a result I had to call the help desk. Both the store attendant and the help desk over the phone had to work to help me .Probably wasted 1hr before I was able to gain access to my rental. I will never reserve uhaul online.
