Needs a real key drop for the oversized key fobs. Hard to push the key under the door.
Get a desk some lighting cleaning I was told I would have to return the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas it only had 1\8 what happened to returning with full tanks. ?also resovations where made night before why did he insist on making and retaining copy of my CC and drivers lic.respond was don't you trust me.left me very uneasy. I had to move his bike just to get to the counnter.

I called customer service, the 26 foot truck I was using, the biggest heaviest truck Uhaul offers, the brake warning lights were on, the power steering was very loud and the truck shook severely while driving like it had a front end problem. I was forwarded to road side assistance and was basically told that's too bad and just deal with it and operate the truck anyway. Very disappointed and I may never use uhaul again.
Try harder to give the customer what they want and need. The customer service ppl on the phone are a little rude or don't care to try to please the customer! The person at the uhaul location was nice. The equipment was bad the gas gauge would go up and down the trans slipping it would take a really long time just to go 20mph. I'm glad I didn't take it to Michigan like i planned i would've never made it! Very bad experience with vehicle. Also I put $10 in the tank at $1.56 per gallon I drove 21 miles that should've covered the fuel i used.....I guess it didn't i was charged another $20 for fill up.....I tried contacting the facility but of course no answer I also left a msg.
when a customer picks a pick up or drop off location, they shouldn't have to travel out of their way to get the product they are paying you for.There was no reason why the trailer I paid to rent wasn't delivered to the location I picked, that's what customer service is all about!
Rental place is one of multiple occupants at this address and is not well marked. Attendant expressed no appreciation for our business and declined my request for a map showoing the drop off location.
The truck had an inch of ice in the bed that I had to clear out. We had a snow/ice storm 5 days earlier. I would think they would have cleaned this out before giving it to me.
Truck was returned on 1/1/16 when it wasn't open. They did require a lock for the back door to prevent theft of the blankets and dollies. Fortunately we did have this. Otherwise, no problems with the return after hours.
