The only complaint I have is that the rental vehicle was not cleaned prior to pickup. The windshield was covered in dead bugs making visibility difficult, interior was not wiped down or vacuumed.

Eric PassI made reservations to pick truck up in Ft. Payne and did the check in and it was confirmed. We showed up in Ft Payne and no truck. I went into my email and did the check in again and the location changed to Lydias in Rainsville, AL which is about 20 minutes further away. I get to Rainsville and I had ordered a dozen of furniture blankets and after we checked the truck... no blankets. We went in to ask for them and they said they didn't have any. Unbelievable!!! Uhaul needs to better and have what people order. The truck sounded horrible and cab smelled like marijuana and funk on top of everything else. Then we turn the truck in and they charge us extra for mileage!! We had to drive out of the way in our personal vehicle to get this truck which is not where we asked to pick it up and then Uhaul charges me extra for extra mileage. Well of course it is extra mileage.. the truck was given to us with about 5/8 tank of gas and we filled it up passed 3/4 a tank.. so we put in more than we used and then they charge us extra for mileage...Where's my credit for the extra fuel???????????

Our vehicle would not stay in one lane with this trailor. Unsafe Trailor! We had to drive on left to stay near the shoulder the whole trip. The trailor before this one was perfect, but this one needs dumping.

Carolyn ParteeYou need to give more time. Pick up the truck spend the day loading, drive truck several hundred miles, unload truck and return truck. People are not machines and getting all that done in two days is impossible. I was disappointed that u haul does not offer a veterans discount.

Brian PiggThe only thing I would change is the pick up location didn’t open until noon I was there before my drop off time but couldn’t log into U-Haul to return it and it showed a charge that I shouldn’t have to pay! My only recommendation is to send out a text like you do to pick it up so that you can drop it off to make things easier

When i arrived at the requested place they had the equipment so it wasn’t an inventory issue. The difference was a fee miles and much frustration when on a schedule.

doris alexanderThe hitch was not tightened before I left the store which caused it to become detached from my vehicle while driving. The trailer teetered from side to side before I was able to come to a stop. Thankfully, the chains kept it from breaking away from the vehicle. The car beside me has to go off the road to avoid the trailer hitting their vehicle. I had to ask the young man who attached the trailer to my vehicle to check to make sure the trailer lights were working as he began to walk away without checking them.
