Trailer was in working condition but dirty. Had to wait for a person to show up to help me it took an hour and half to check out the trailer which put me driving at night. Also, I hooked up the trailer myself with no one assisting me.

I also paid for 10 furniture pads that were not in the truck, and despite commenting this on my invoice, got charged for them anyways. Truck physically ran fine, but dealing with company is consistently frustrating.
Alexander AwbreyI am very unhappy. Both U-Haul drop off locations in Sandpoint ID refused to take the 26' truck and 6x12 trailer even though they were scheduled to do so. I had to drive from Sandpoint Idaho to Libby MT, 181 miles out of my way, to drop them off. Idaho hub said it was only 46miles away from Sandpoint to Libby. They were off by 400%. That cost me an extra $60 in gas.

Thomas SmithThe Truck proved to be unsafe and was not maintained. The windshield wipers did not work and could not see in the middle of a monsoon downpour. The drivers door would fly open at 70 miles an hour and when going over bumps, could not securely close it. The air conditioning did not work, has a vacuum leak in the system.

CALLED AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD OH WELL WW ARE S.O.L!!! NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT THEY ARE RENTING OUT!!!!

I called customer service this is not right. I was charged $25 . I also returned it with half a tank only picked it up with a quarter. This woman was mean and vindictive for no reason other than she was in a bad mood

TED WERNERThey overcharged me for 2 rental periods. I rented for 12hrs returned it at 10hrs. I put gas in...only drove 8 miles. Put in 2 gallons fuel. They charged me for 8.5 gallons and $30 to do it. And now theyre avoiding my calls These people are crooks. Dont rent here go across town

They had other people that they were friends with trying to rent from them that they were side chatting with about my business and deposit and the friend even went and grabbed my paperwork. She didnt even work there.
