There check engine light came on and it was driving wierd. I barley made it. I won't be using Uhaul again

Paula S.This uhaul location is not good. It is located in a run down building. I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 11:00 and the employee was 50 minutes late showing up. The employee looked like she just rolled out of bed. The uhaul truck was dirty. It had trash inside and I saw a cockroach running around in it. The truck had no wiper fluid and the alignment was off so it always pulled to the left. Finally, there was two cracks in the windshield.

I also had to go to another UHaul store to get the blankets, which was supposedly also guaranteed . The lady was nice and polite at the "store". The storefront was little unconventional, a hand detail car place/ bail bond/ UHaul store. There did not appear to be a cash register,or boxes,or packing material, or dollies that I could see on display like a typical store front. Just a little room with a desk and another room that had a bicycle in it..We conducted business over her cell phone. Like I said, a little unconventional. I was expecting a typical store front with displays etc.

Daniel H.The rental clerk need to be able to calculate the appropriate date of return. I rented the U-Haul on Saturday (July 7, 2018) and she told me that I had two days to return the vehicle to my designated location, She told me I had until Tuesday (July 10, 2018) by 9:00 am, I asked her if she meant Monday (July 9th), she confirmed with me again Tuesday (July 10th) by 9:00 am. When I returned the vehicle, I was charged for an extra day. I was not pleased with the additional fees that was charged to my card.

Ginger J.unfriendly and not helpful, the tires had very little tread and I felt was unsafe considering the extreme heat and distance to drive. I was told to go to a U Haul service center to have them checked. I ended up calling U Haul service and someone came to my location and changed tires. They were very helpful but I should not have had to do that and the tires should have been inspected before. The person renting the unit did not care and said it was not her problem and there was nothing she could do. The rental process was poor and I will consider another company in the future. The place I returned to was very good

RONALD T.I wouldn't recommend only because the main Uhaul on Hollywood or Barksdale has everything one needs. In addition, the larger locations have drive through drop off which is better with a trailer (vice needing to back in). This location was however a convenient location to my home to drop off. The gent assisting me was very friendly and helpful.
JAMES S.inside of trailer was very dirty. 2004 Youree location was not open at my pick-up appointment(time). Someone finally arrived at 930 am. I was then told I had no reservation... I've never been so angry.. .didn't leave with trailer until after 10.... my pickup was for 9. I still had to load the trailer and drive 450 miles put me in San Angelo after 11... point being I couldn't afford to lose the hour... horrible experience here.... I'm not sure who's fault it was I had no reservation at Youree I'm just glad I got a trailer... If I hadn't I would have gone ballistic.
