Mike has been wonderful to us at the Salvation Army. We rent a UHAUL every year for our Angel Tree Program. He is always so helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend his UHAUL service.

david wThe dealer told me over the telephone, the cost would be $1.00 a mile for Friday. He didn't say I had to be at the dealer before 12:00 pm. If I would have known to rent the vehicle before 12:00 pm I would have only paid a dollar a mile instead of $1.50 per mile. 50 % higher. I would have stopped at the dealer earlier since I only live a few miles away and it was my day off from work. I was at the rental location at 12:30 pm, the dealership had to get the rental into the system They started the rental at 12:59 pm. I returned the rental the same evening at 10:00 pm. I had to call the U-haul information line since the website was down and could not return the rental on line.

Kevin CThe location was fine. The uhaul central dispatch with whom the reservation was made is a mess. Changed pickup location to one that was closed. When rectifying the mistake on Monday mentioned my fees would be cheaper which was not true. The local pickup location did their best to work with a central reservation organization that is incompetent, and misleading.

JOSEPH PIt was surprising to me that when we made the rental request to pick up a truck at a specific location, we got an email, stating that the truck would not be at that location, and we had to drive out of our way to a different town to get the truck. This was very upsetting, since i had to back track to get a truck, further out of our way. Because of this, I would be hard pressed to considering using UHAUL again, since they can not fulfill requests, and have trucks available at the specific pickup location. Because of this, I also had to pay additional fees for milelage, having to go 20 miles out of my way to do so.
