The app and website sucks! How do I get charged an after hour fee of $20? I returned it on time follow the directions of the app. The app won't load the photo of the milage and fuel. I try the website and get the same thing. Follow instructions if it doesn't load and still get charged 20 extra dollars! Ridiculous!
MATHEW KYou should consider the U-Haul reputation in deciding whether you will let this site rent out trailers. Even though I had a reservation for 9:00 AM when I showed up there was knowing at the hotel desk. I called the number and pushed the button that is supposed to notify them but the lady said she did she missed the call. Finally, someone appeared at 9:20am. The hotel lobby stinks and is not very well kept. I’ve rented from U-Haul before but will never return to this location.
Robert NI would give this location 0 stars if I could. We made the reservation online and when we arrived it still took the woman 45 minutes to get us the trailer. She had every excuse in the book. Computer was slow, printer wasn't working, internet needed to be reset, etc. When she asked for my credit card I handed it to her and she handed it back and asked me to read the numbers out loud including the expiration date and 3 digit code on the back. There was a Ring camera watching the lobby so now whoever has access to that, has my card information. Her children were on the floor watching tablets in the lobby and she kept taking care of other hotel business while trying to wait on us as well. Completely unprofessional.

JOHN EIt was filthy and the person loaning out the UHAUL was absolutely disgusting. She looked like she was on Meth. The location is run down, smelled like dog poop. No one was there to help us for 10 minutes. I would NEVER EVER recommend this location. It was so scary that I REFUSED to return the UHAUL because we didn't get back with it until midnight. It felt unsafe to me.
