Unfortunately, I was unable to use the app (again!) and had to ask a store employee to check me in at drop-off. The store employee who assisted me at pick-up was very helpful , professional and knowledgeable. The app did not function well at all. What should have taken minutes, took over an hour! I would not use the app again until it is fixed completely.

Jeremy JThis was the secondary location. My original location closed early without my knowledge. I found out they were closed when I showed up to grab the dolly and saw the handwritten sign on the door that said they were closed. I took a picture of it. Anyway, it added an additional hour to my trip. After using Uhaul over the years, I've come to expect this kind of issue. I've NEVER had a flawless experience with them.,

Doug SI did have an issue with the roller door opening. It would open about 18 inches & then jam.really had muscle it to open all the way!

KEVIN LI reserved to drop off at Moose Creek. Glad I called beforehand. Told me they were too full and couldn't take the trailer. UHAUL then told me I could take to a different location Tobeys Pawn and that they were open until 6pm. We arrived at 4:20pm and the place was closed/locked. I had to leave it there and then call UHAUL to confirm I dropped it off. A hassle.
Ann HI did the self drop off after hours. Went fairly well. Had trouble getting the pictures to load, took half hour, but once I got that working, it was easy-peasy.
