Paid 60 usd for a damage deposit only got back 60 cad when returned in canada
JOHN Nour checkin was suppose to be completed on line with our phones. Sunday drop off... site declined my card, then called waited, the gentleman couldn't help transferred us... she was able to help , but had to redo everything one more time. took 45 minutes...

david hStaff took along time to acknowledge my first arrival. Too busy bullshitting with other employees. Business entrance was very dirty. It’s ok to dust in there once every 10 years. Display tires were yellow from never being cleaned. Computer system was very slow. They sent out a kid to hook up my autotransport and he had no idea how to hook it up safely, not trained at all, had to re do everything he did. The owner/employees give the impression/perceptions they are lazy and don’t care about the business. Clean your stuff up snd train your employees

Cami KHad a terrible time dropping off the trailer. They put me in a city with no address to drop had to call and wait about an hour just to be told I had to go to another city. Very frustrating

Thomas SI had made arrangements to pick up the truck using Truck Share at 6 am and U-Haul did not have a code sent to my phone, was delayed over 2 hours. Site is not user friendly. Design of Ford cab is terrible, please put a cup of coffee or pop in the in the cup holder you have to lift it out to use the temperature controls. Terrible. Over all I most likely would rent U haul again. because of the location to my work.

Thomas SI returned the auto transport that I didn't end up needing in an hour. All I got refunded to my Mastercard was 9.53 would of been nice to get back the money too for the trailer rental which came out 64.53. Other then this I had no other issues.
