They got me a u haul on short notice. I was also out of their area and they accommodated me with the best attitude and professionalism. Would definitely recommend. And prices are more than fair!

Rylee CBy far worst experience using Uhaul. Even after confirming we would have an appliance dolly twice, there wasn't one. Picking up the vehicle was beyond frustrating. I didn't get to see a computer screen, clipboard, anything that showed me what I was renting or what the fees would. It was relayed by a guy, who could care less about anything related to Uhaul, speaking to someone on the phone who was telling him what to say.

I had to call a representative and be on the phone for another 45 min while figuring out how to send the pictures of the returned truck. Since the all closed out. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before, and will never make the mistake of using you guys again.

Tron CI reserved a 26 ft truck but it wasn't there when I arrived and I was told later I should have gotten the 50 reservation fee back, I did not. The truck arrived afterwards and I declined it. I did everything I could online to save time and ended up spending over a half hour waiting. The truck I did get only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas and was crap, a balljoint felt like it was ready to break. I called back to ask if someone could refer someone to help load the truck as I am disabled. I was told to call Ramone, big mistake. Every wooden table and shelf were ruined, who puts a table upside down with nothing under it ? I will drive to OKC next time I need a truck, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place !

Allen RI have been over charged. The lady was not very professional complained the whole time about being rushed because it was near the end of the day. She has put in that I’m returning the uhaul to Edmond OK when I picked up and brought back to Mustang, OK. I dont know if they are doing this intentionally to get more money from people but I will be looking into being over charged $50+
Susan Hwhen trying to use 24/7 mobile pick up, if you are over an hour late for your time, it would be a good idea to indicate on the app or the web page. I kept trying to check in and it kept failing but never gave me a reason why or the ability to change my scheduled time
Mark RWe've rented probably 4-5 separate times from this location. The owners are friendly, wonderful people. They have the sweetest little dog to greet you as well. Kind of feel like we're visiting family when we're there and, they've gone over and beyond for us before. Wouldn't dream of recommending any other place. May God Bless them and their business ten fold.

jack wClean the truck and have it serviced. We had to call roadside assistance because it wouldn’t start in the middle of our move. We paid movers to stand around for an hour! U-Haul owes us compensation for this!

Kenneth PIt took 48 hours from the time we dropped off the truck off until we received our email receipt. We stopped in on the second day and were told they were just to busy - they would get to it when they could. Employees were not helpful at drop off or when we visited the second time. What can you do to improve: Be courteous to the customer instead of dismissive and send out emails sooner than two days later.

Nancy SWhen I turned in the truck I was told the fuel tank was full when I picked it up. I told the person at the mattress place but he said just turn it in that way. Luckily I made a video of the mileage and the fuel gage. Saved me a lot of money.(something like $8 bucks a gallon charge)
CARLTON MI got charged $75 extra on top of my rental agreement bc I unknowingly dropped the trailer off at a different uhaul location that was closer to my house. I was unaware that I had to drop it off at the llocation I picked it up from. It’s disgusting that a $20 rental, would charge $75 extra for something like that. It is shameful of them. As if people who are renting from them aren’t paying enough already to move.

Leah MI was greeted immediately upon arrival. The folks running this location are simply the best. Friendly,, knowledgeable and super respectful. Id say one of the very few places you can walk in the first time and just know these are good folks. Need more of them in the world today for sure
