Had low fuel but U-Haul compensated me which was very grateful and a sensor for the front tire was off but it still had air in it and it worked properly for me

We had a reservation for a week, when we arrived they didn't have what we reserved. She cancelled our reservation and said she was sorry but couldn't help us find another trailer. Our 10:00 am pickup was around noon before we found another. Your customer service is about the worst. I hope I will never need another trailer. I never want to do business with you again. I find it funny that you don't want my review on my cancellation reservation from my first experience.

The truck was very dirty on the outside and the windshield wiper was torn. The location was actually closed that week, and we were delayed in getting the truck.

William WIt is amazing that these trailers do not have a jack of some kind to lift the tongue of the trailer. I had to detach the trailer from my vehicle and then re-hitch the trailer to the vehicle (GMC Yukon 2-wheel drive). Lifting the trailer tongue was extremely difficult and resulted in a back injury of some kind. I will likely have to see a physician or chiropractor if the pain does not resolve in a few days. A trailer this size needs a jack!

Oscar GFor starters, we were supposed to get a confirmation call on Saturday and that never came. Called customer service and after on hold 45 minutes no one answered. Tried chat, got Matthew twice who was rude, unhelpful, and disconnected the chat twice (I have that screenshotted). Finally got a chat with someone else, he said we were confirmed. Arrived the next day to pick up and the app wouldn’t let us, but gave us another number to call. Called that number and got a very helpful gentleman who said that location didn’t set the truck for 24/7 pickup. Had to go to second location to pick up. On Sunday, I called the customer service number twice and got no answer either time with 30 minute waits both times. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. NEVER using U-Haul again!
