Larger selection of larger trucks

Nikia MLocation and live service were good. But it was suppose to be a “contactless pickup” which was an impossible ordeal. Thankfully the owners were still there and were able to help complete the pick up.

Kyle HUnfortunately I picked up my truck and got it all the way to where I live to start loading it up and it was full of scrap wood and pallets that we had no where to dump. We had to take the truck all the way back to the uhaul location and inform them of the wood and dump it in the dumpster, I was aggravated at first but the customer service employee really made the experience better, she apologized for the inconvenience and discounted my rate to make up for the issue, I really appreciate her for discounting it since there wasn’t much else she could do to help. But I will say that in the future even if a truck just gets dropped off it should always be checked before being picked up by another customer.
Kayla SAlthough the owner was professional and courteous there were too many issues that caused me to be delayed in completing my move. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced. It was one issue after the other. I would have like to have been offered some money off for my experience. Not sure if I would recommend this location.

Dwayne WU-Haul did not have my utility dolly, furniture dolly, or dozen blankets. Location Owner loaned me personal furniture dolly. Website should have given me a different location for pick up and not giving me this location if they did not have all the inventory available.

SHAUN TLet me start by saying there was no hand truck on the truck or available to rent and I was charged for gas after returning the truck with more gas than it had before I left the shop.
Darius PDeb and Larry are GREAT!!! Very personable, kind, and genuinely welcome people into their location. My only recommendation for customers is to verify the mileage on the initial receipt matches the mileage actually displayed on the odometer prior to leaving the property instead of assuming it's identical. I verified the gas was identical and looked at the mileage on the truck but neglected to make sure the mileage on the truck matched the actual form...I won't make that mistake twice. Despite that discrepancy, I very much recommend this location.

Sonja EEDIT: After I wrote my review from 7/14/23, the man running the location (Larry) texted my cell phone with this message: "I read the review you left. I'm very sorry if I offended you. Unfortunately, I do not remember you and I do not remember what I said to you" I thought it was incredibly inappropriate (and creepy) that he texted me and consequently I do not recommend this location. Original review: The rental itself was wonderful. So simple and helpful! I didn't enjoy my experience with the man running the location. He was sarcastic, overly divulging and belittling. At one point, he said the classic line meant to absolve inappropriate talk: "You know I'm just messing with you, right?" I don't come to uhaul to be "messed with." I come to have an efficient, professional experience and I don't feel like I received it this time.
