If you're wanting to leverage no contact, 100% digital, this is not the place. Everything required interfacing with the front office (defeats the purpose of the digital option) mostly because they hadn't done the pre-work of setting up stuff on their end. So while technically everything worked, it was not the experience I had signed up for.

Gary HigginsThe people at the front desk were unable to tell me what the different insurance options covered, they did not seem to know when I asked and were adding things to the reservation without asking first if I needed them (I did not put a dolly on my reservation but was given one and the one I was charged for wasn't even functional because it's tire was flat which I found out after trying to use it) the person at the front desk seemed new and the person who knew what they were doing was not helping her and kept walking away. The entire experience felt unprofessional.
Seanna LoweVery nice people, but they had no idea! I was booked, then when I went to pick up, they didn’t have a record of my reservation, even though I had a confirmation- they used about 20 minutes of my time, redoing the order… Later that day, when we were gassing up the truck to return it, U-Haul calls to see if I still want the truck! When I returned the truck she asked me how many miles I traveled! Don’t they track the odometer readings? I liked the location! All in all, it took about an hour to reserve the truck, in person, check the tuck out the next day, and return it.
Richard AlbinWe got overcharged for the mileage. The agent said the system was down when we brought the truck back, and he would check it in later. 7 hours later, someone else called and asked if the truck had been checked in. I told her no. She checked it in, sent the receipt...but didn't go by the actual mileage; rather, she calculated it by the number of miles I estimated we'd drive, when I reserved it. The estimated mileage was 30, which was what she charged us for. The actual mileage driven was 27.6. A small difference, but I don't like being overcharged.
John David RainesNothing! I did the “self serve” way of renting the UHaul. The process was so easy and seamless. It allowed me to pick up the truck on my own time.
Danielle SidlerThe equipment was clean an maintained to a point. The truck had over 100k miles and it drove like that; slugish to accelerate into traffic when empty, worse when packed. It was also beat up on the exterior. This truck needs to retire

Dan PritchardLack of communication! Was told truck was due back by 11, if they were closed when I returned I would need to return online and be charged $20. I emailed a rep to return equipment and was told I'd receive a final accounting receipt the following day. I did NOT receive a final receipt until now, 4 days later. The company has tried charging my card for $85 omce and for $65 twice. I don't know why they are trying to charge for another full day rental plus a fee. This isn't fair and there should ALWAYS be communication before charging someones card. You are NOT authorized to charge my card for something that has NOT been communicated.
ARTENT ALGEEThe Worst Drop Off Experience in my Life ! First they wanted to charge me a $250 drop off fee ! When they realized that was incorrect they decided to CHARGE me a $75 cleaning fee ! The carpet in the Cab needed vacuuming but their was No Trash left in the CAB ( I have Pictures ) the cargo area had a piece of plastic from the Blankets and on broken plastic Hanger . I have rented over 300 cars and Trucks over the last 30 years and Never been so Rudly treated. In addition I will be renting from Penke in October. Ruther Carlos and David should be Ashamed of themselves for treating a Senior Citizen so BAD and taking advantage of them !
Robert ZawrotnyThe location was good and the truck was easy to find / drive, however it did not include the moving equipment I ordered (and the office was closed at the time, so I couldn't ask anyone about it). Despite several dispute claims through different avenues, Uhaul has failed to refund me the charges. The lack of equipment made the move extremely difficult, so this is rather frustrating.
Evan TetreaultErin was friendly and helpful. The only problem I experienced was external to the business. Thieves siphoned all the gas out of the vehicle and I barely made it to a gas station. This office may seriously want to consider locking gas caps.

nathon bailyThe facility dealer of the truck was very knowledgeable about how to manage the mobile check in. The trucks pictured though when I got there was scratched and dented and only had the ability to submit one ticket to dispute the outside's condition prior to accepting the truck. Because the truck was parked in some trees 🌳 i dont think the picture illustrated the scratches on left side and left front bumper scratch/dent. Really appreciated the staffed dealer location folks. Very helpful. Truck did what was it needed and was returned early.

WILLIAM WUHave earlier pick up hours or secured truck yard so additions like blankets, dollys, etc. can be placed in truck. I had to go rent those items elsewhere since they couldn’t be placed in truck after hours. I picked up the truck before the facility was open.
