robert cFix the online app so that the location can fix any problems with the billing. The location gave us a free upgrade because they didn't have the truck we ordered. However, it took them over an hour to get the app to give us the discounted price for the upgraded equipment.

Ewald WChecking in online ahead of time meant nothing, as I had to supply names and numbers for contacts even though I saw what I had previously entered right there on the screen. The guy tried to subtly add insurance to my bill even though I had already declined it. It wasn't at all clear where to leave the vehicle when I returned it, only a spot basically on the sidewalk was available. The location services didn't work to verify I returned the vehicle. And there's now way I drove 24 miles, give me a break.Maybe five, tops. Sketchy as hell. (No notice either that I had been billed; I had to look it up.)

gerardo sWe had to drop off the trailer to another location other than what we had reserved because they were full. Went to the next location that U-haul informed us to return the trailer & the person told us that he did not have any room for our return & to take it somewhere else. We said this is where U-haul told us to return & we were not taking it anywhere else. He reluctantly accepted the return.
