HORRIBLE SERVICE at the Donna, Tx Location. So much Miscommunication and employees not properly trained has caused an extreme headache for us. Employees saying one thing and contracts stating something else have us owing over $600 in penalties for reasons that were not explained properly and “customer service” will not help you out at all. Uhaul changing locations of drop off without any prior notice adding miles to the vehicle as well. It was just a horrible experience over all and I hope no one else has to go through these same issues. Uhaul, DO BETTER for your customers and PROPERLY TRAIN your employees so the do not give out false information that will end up affecting the clients in the long run!!!!!

Be on time for reservations. Have basic assessories (had to drive to another location for a standard 2” ball. Lastly, maintain and inspect your equipment.. I was driving half way across the country and I was sent off with a bad tire that ultimately led to not being able to stop the trailer and I was charged 165$ in a reckless driving citation. Pitiful, and painful experience. From now on it’s PENSKE. Ps where can I post a picture of the tire?

Only issue with truck is that the A/C was not working well, felt like it was stuck on defrost. Not comfortable on a very HOT day.

Have better trailer with tires you don't have to worry about. License plates should be up to date.

Well first of all make sure you have the items online to be available when you show up because I ordered half dozen moving blankets and when I showed up they had none zero zippo. Not good for business.

I found it a little challenging to back up the trailer due to the limited space where trailers are stored. Was able to unhitch then manually push trailer to an open spot. Just an observation but consider that not all customers may be able to do that.

The 15-ft truck I rented was quite dirty in both the cab and the back of the truck . Most importantly, the truck's air-conditioning unit was broken and would not blow ANY air from the vents. I didn't notice this until all of my stuff was loaded into the back of the truck so I had no other choice but to just drive it anyway. If the truck was fixed and cleaned then I would have no problem paying the near $300 I payed to rent it, but after putting up with what I had to I believe I deserve to have some compensation or refund of some kind. Just to clarify, I had no problem with the people I interfaced with at either location. In fact I thought they provided great service, except that the truck was overlooked. It's very fustrating to find a location to drop off cause no one was open and the gates were locked.... So of course I put more miles on the uhal.

When I picked up truck engine light was on. Told them about it. Said it would be OK. Called roadside service when I got to home in LaFeria and they came out and said number 1 cylinder was misfire. Got it fixed but delayed me around 5 hours. They should inspect trucks a lot better before renting them out. What if truck would have acted up out in area of phone dead zone and I couldn't make a phone call for help.

Have the items in stock that your customers reserve. I adddition to a moving trailer, we reserved 24 moving blankets when we made the reservation over a week before pickup. When we got to the facility, they only had 15. It doesn't sound like much, but those are required to protect thousands of dollars of personal possessions.

The uhaul trailer that I rented was not serviced. The tires were not aired up 2 tires had 20 lbs the other 2 had 30 lbs of pressure. They should have had 65 lbs of pressure. I had a blow out and had to sit on highway for 2 hrs for service. The tires were not in good shape.

I made a reservation at the Donna location and later found out i had to go pick up truck at different location when i was advised to make reservation ahead of time to secure truck. I was not advised of change until that day when i went to Donna location. Not Good

This location in donna was fine but I made reaervation for the pharr location and they didnt even have the working truck so I had to drive 10 miles further for another truck which cost me more money in gas and per mile when I got the uhaul. HORRIBLE experience..

I was very disappointed to learn that no UHaul trailers have jacks. The tongue weight, with the surge brake, is a lot. As a matter of fact, when I dropped the trailer off, the attendant was unable to lift is off the hitch himself. I'm not sure what I would have done in case of an emergency and the trailer had to be disconnected, especially if it was loaded...I won't be renting another one.
