The worker didn’t know how to check in the vehicle and the app check in was not working. They directed us to take the truck to another nearby location which we found upon arrival was already closed. We had to go back the next business day early in the morning to move it once again back to the original drop off point but the representatives still couldn’t check us in. It took 6 days for my rental truck to be “checked” back in and my final receipt provided. Why would a business offer rentals if you don’t know how to do the paperwork that comes with them.
