I would recommend uhaul period because of the charges that I received during gas that I put back in. I was charged 30.00 for someone to go put gas in the truck then 25.00 for gas. Uhaul is a rip off wantbe using agai

It looked like someone threw mud all over the inside of the vehicle. Then the truck gas tank was on E. As soon as I turned the truck on, it cut right off because there was no gas.

On top of that, I was emailed the incorrect address for drop and when it was taken there and I called in to the main office, I was told that the office had been closed almost or over 3 years and that they have to take them off their list off.

PATRICIA MCCOYI really do not like the way that the owner treated the customers. When I first got the truck, the contract showed it was 3/4 full. After turning on the truck, it was only 9/16 full of tank. The difference was 12 gallons for a 60 gallons tank. The owner grumbled that the gauge fluctuates. I do not take it since that is how to measure the fuel by checking the gauge. Anyway, he did adjusted to 9/16. What made me unhappy was that he did overcharge the gas again. The driver I hired did not pump gas to where it was. (Yes, I paid the $30 fill-up service fee, which I agreed to the contract). On the contrary, the diagram showed that it takes 23 gallons to 9/16, but he charged me 28 gallons. What even worse was how he overcharged the rental time. I rented it on 07/28 9:15 am, and he said the truck was turned in at 5 pm 08/01. The duration is actually 4.5 days, 5 days at most. However, he did not check in the truck immediately but waited until the next customer to check out the truck (2 pm 08/02). How can it be reasonable for him to have the truck sitting there without checking in and counting as my rental time?
Yang SongWhen returning the rental the attendant saw us pull in and park the trailer. We were told the store goes to lunch at 12. We arrived at 11:45. As, I was getting out to walk into the building the attendant locked the door, got into their personal vehicle and left. I would not recommend this location.
TONI JOHNSONThe app wasn’t working to recognize the drop off location and the personnel there wasn’t helpful in figuring it out. That meant we weren’t able to confirm return on our end. And they were impossible to get on the phone in the next few days to confirm.

Shakaylia TriplettI was initially given a vehicle with check engine light on. But I had already left the location before I noticed. I stopped and called back and was told that the light comes on and off. My response was I ‘m driving out of state and don’t feel comfortable with the vehicle. I was told to return the vehicle and pick up another. I did and it went well. Until I got home and started to load. There was broken glass, rope and objects left in the vehicle. Unfortunately I didn’t think to take a picture so when I turned the vehicle in I was charged $25 for the glass and rope and condition of the vehicle. Which was unfair . I tried to explain to the person when I turned the vehicle in but he stated sorry but the vehicle is dirty and had to pay. So I did and I’m not a satisfied customer.
